We are Scalp Services LLC and we service the Philadelphia Area.

The SCALP Program supports independent living by providing residential and support services to those who are challenged with intellectual disabilities. Our focus is on effective treatment and safety in program facilities and community settings. Each resident is provided with an opportunity to live a productive life that best suits individual needs. Our unique, homelike environment and staff support give residents a sense of family and belonging.

The SCALP Program employs Master’s Degree level staff who have expertise in behavioral analysis, autism, substance abuse treatment, relationship and family counseling, medical fragility, cultural competency, intellectual disabilities and other disorders. They possess a wide range of skillsets that best serve our target population. SCALP staff members provide support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The SCALP Program board members each have over ten years of experience in their respective field. They are charged with maintaining standards and ensuring the success of the SCALP Program. Their commitment and combined expertise work effectively to achieve this goal.

All SCALP homes are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, Office of Developmental Programs.
