What We Offer

• A private bedroom in a newly renovated home shared with one or two other individuals. Home is in a residential area, on a structured family block, near public transportation and close to shopping areas, the Philadelphia Zoo and Fairmount Park.

• Meetings with staff to help identify goals and strengthen skills that foster independent living

• Ability for residents to make choices on how to spend days, evenings and weekends

• Staff support to help residents either enhance or develop new lifeskills. Examples include cooking, budgeting, shopping, team building, personal needs, medication management and others.
  

• Staff support in continuing and building family relationships. Family visits and involvement are encouraged.

• Meetings with staff to help select everything from clothing to community activities in which to participate
  

• Residents are given every opportunity to practice and participate in their choice of religious activities. Spirituality is supported and encouraged.

• Staff support to help maintain existing relationships and develop new friendships by fostering opportunities for socialization within the community.

• Flat screen televisions, cable, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, Jacuzzi and transportation in company vehicles to medical appointments, job interviews, shopping, etc.
